*Ballroom dance practice: 1 hour. Smooth, Standard & Latin. Concentrating on muscle control: lifted, zipped abs; knitted rib cage; engaged glutes so that feet never get floaty across the floor.
*Cardio: 35 minutes. Matrix exercise bike. Intervals program. 30 minutes at Level 6 with a 5-minute cool down at Level 1. Covered 8.41 miles in 30 mins + .98 miles in 5 minutes for a total of 9.48 miles.
*Post-cardio stretching: 10 minutes.
