Sunday

*Ballroom dance practice: 2 hours. American Smooth & International Standard. Kind of low energy this morning and ready to give up after 90 minutes, but I powered through. 

Monday, Presidents’ Day and a Snow Day (mostly)

*Cardio: 45 minutes. Matrix exercise bike. Intervals program. Level 6. Well, until the half-way point. Then, I had to level down to 5/4 on portions of a couple of the last, highest hills. Maintained 6 on all the valleys, of course. Covered 12.39 miles. Opted out of the 5-minute cool-down because of lack of time.

*Post-cardio stretching: 10 minutes.
